Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with Tantra London. Because we operate a dedicated mobile holistic therapy network where practitioners are specifically dispatched to your location, cancellations significantly impact our team's scheduling. Please read our policy carefully before booking an at-home session or public workshop.

1. At-Home & Doorstep Therapy Sessions

Cancellation Notice: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests for outcall sessions.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment (or if the therapist arrives at the location and is unable to gain access) are non-refundable and will be charged at 100% of the session rate.

Therapist Safety & Right to Terminate: Tantra London operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or harassment. If a therapist terminates a doorstep session due to a breach of safety or boundaries, no refund will be issued.

2. Public Workshops & Group Events

All Sales Final: Tickets purchased for public group workshops or special events hosted in rented public spaces are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates unless the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by us.

Event Cancellations: If a community workshop is cancelled by Tantra London, you will automatically receive a 100% refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Discretionary Refunds

We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptional circumstances (such as sudden medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our management’s discretion.
