By accessing our digital platform, reserving any mobile therapy session, or enrolling in our educational courses, you ("the Client," "your") explicitly agree to be bound by the following legal, financial, and behavioral terms and conditions.

These terms are established to preserve the immaculate standards of our lineage-guided somatic arts, ensure therapist physical safety, and maintain business operational structure within the luxury alternative therapy sector in Greater London.

1. Professional Boundaries & Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy

1.1 Strictly Non-Sexual Therapeutic Framework

Tantra London operates exclusively as a professional, alternative healthcare entity specializing in lineage-based somatic therapy, non-touch chakra healing, and nervous system regulation. Our services are strictly therapeutic, non-sexual, and entirely devoid of adult entertainment or prostitution services.

1.2 Zero-Tolerance Behavioral Clause

Practitioners and mobile therapists operate under rigid professional and ethical boundaries designed alongside our guiding Indian maestro. Any inappropriate remarks, sexual jokes, suggestive advances, or physical boundary violations toward our therapists will result in:

The immediate termination of the treatment sequence.
The therapist instantly vacating the hotel suite or private residence.
The absolute forfeiture of all fees paid.
Permanent blacklisting from our service network and potential legal reporting to local London authorities.

2. Luxury Financial Investment & Premium Travel Pricing

2.1 Direct Inclusions in Luxury Pricing Baseline

The premium rates of Tantra London (starting at £170+) mirror the exquisite tier of mobile therapy provided. When evaluating the cost of our immersions, the financial calculus directly incorporates:

The specific active minutes of the lineage bodywork or energy alignment session.
The highly valuable travel time of the elite therapist, which frequently extends up to two (2) hours round-trip navigating Central and Greater London traffic structures.
The seamless convenience of delivering a private temple sanctuary directly to your doorstep.

2.2 Flat Professional Therapist Travel Levy

An additional flat rate of £20 is structurally levied on every single individual booking code, which is included in the price of the booking. This standard fee directly offsets the logistics, fuel, and transit costs of your designated therapist traveling to your private home, estate, or luxury hotel space.

3. Strict Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Protocol

3.1 Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Law

To respect our specialists' dedicated availability, once any mobile massage, chakra healing session, or beginner educational training is paid for and confirmed via our Wix portal, the booking is fully non-cancellable and entirely non-refundable.

3.2 Peer-to-Peer Booking Transfers

If your personal schedule shifts unexpectedly due to changing flight paths or professional corporate demands, you are legally permitted to fully transfer your paid time slot to a trusted peer, business colleague, or partner, provided they explicitly agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions.

3.3 The 48-Hour Rescheduling Window

Clients are permitted to reschedule their confirmed appointment to an alternative future date without financial penalty, under the following strict criteria:

The modification request must be submitted via email or our official digital channels a minimum of 48 hours before the originally scheduled appointment date and time.

Any rescheduling requests made closer than 48 hours to the treatment time will be automatically rejected, resulting in the complete forfeiture of your session investment.

3.4 Guaranteed Practice-Side Performance Exception

In the highly unlikely event that our local operations team or designated therapist fails to show up at your verified hotel space or private residence due to exceptional logistics emergencies, Tantra London will immediately process a full, 100% financial refund back to your original source of payment.

4. Client Physical and Environmental Responsibilities

4.1 Suite and Residence Preparation

For global travelers staying in premium five-star London hotels (e.g., Mayfair, Knightsbridge, or the West End), it is the Client’s sole legal responsibility to ensure guest access and therapist identity screening are fully pre-cleared with the hotel concierge desk prior to the scheduled session arrival time.

4.2 Minimum Course Requirements

Our introductory 3-hour educational courses require a strict minimum of two (2) participants to activate the experiential energy curriculum. Single bookings that fail to bring a dynamic partner or duo counter-part will not be executed.
